Services
Colorectal Surgery:
🩺 Piles (Hemorrhoids)
Swollen veins in the anus or lower rectum, often causing pain, itching, and bleeding. They result from increased pressure and are managed by diet or surgery.
🩺 Anal Fissure
A small tear in the thin, moist tissue lining the anus, causing sharp pain and bleeding, especially during bowel movements. Treatment includes softening stool.
🩺 Fistula and Anorectal Abscess
An abscess is a pus pocket near the anus; a fistula is a tunnel connecting the infected gland to the skin. Both often require surgical drainage.
🩺 Colon and Rectal Cancer
Malignant growth in the large intestine (colon) or rectum. Screening is crucial for early detection. Treatment involves surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy.
🩺 Rectal Prolapse
A condition where the rectum wall slides out of the anus. It causes pain and discomfort, often requiring surgical correction to re-secure the tissue.
🩺 Pilonidal Sinus
A small pocket/hole in the skin near the tailbone, often containing hair and debris. It can become infected, forming an abscess that typically requires surgery.
🩺 Severe Constipation
Infrequent, difficult bowel movements with hard stools, causing significant discomfort. It is managed by dietary changes, increased fluid intake, and sometimes medications.
🩺 Bleeding from the Anus/Rectum
Blood visible in stool or on toilet paper, commonly caused by hemorrhoids or fissures. It warrants medical evaluation to rule out serious conditions like cancer.
🩺 Crohn's Disease
A chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) causing inflammation in the digestive tract lining. Symptoms include abdominal pain, severe diarrhea, and weight loss.
🩺 Ulcerative Colitis and Bloody Dysentery
Ulcerative Colitis is an IBD causing inflammation and ulcers in the colon's lining. Bloody dysentery is a severe symptom of this condition.
🩺 Proctitis and Rectal Pain
Proctitis is inflammation of the rectum's lining, causing pain, tenesmus (feeling of incomplete evacuation), and bleeding. Treatment targets the underlying cause.
🩺 Anal Itching (Pruritus Ani)
A common condition causing an intense urge to scratch the skin around the anus. Causes vary, but treatment often involves hygiene and topical medications.
General Surgery:
🩺 Gallstones
Hardened deposits, typically cholesterol, form in the gallbladder. They can be asymptomatic or cause severe pain if they block bile ducts, often necessitating surgery.
🩺 Hernia
An organ or fatty tissue pushes through a weak muscle area, causing a bulge, often in the groin or abdomen. It frequently requires surgical correction to prevent complications.
🩺 Hydrocele
This is a common condition involving a fluid-filled sac surrounding a testicle, causing scrotal swelling. It is usually harmless but may be surgically drained or removed if large or painful.
🩺 Appendicitis
Inflammation of the appendix, a small pouch attached to the large intestine. It causes sharp abdominal pain, usually requiring emergency surgical removal (appendectomy) to prevent rupture.
🩺 Breast Tumor
A breast tumor is an abnormal mass; cancer is its malignant form. Early detection through screening is crucial for treatment, which typically involves surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy.
🩺 Stomach or Esophageal
Malignant cell growth in the stomach or esophagus. Symptoms include difficulty swallowing and weight loss. Treatment involves surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, depending on the stage.

🩺 Any Tumor in the Upper Body
An abnormal mass of tissue in the head, neck, chest, or arms. Tumors can be benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous), requiring diagnosis and tailored treatment.
